If you are not satisfied with your purchase; you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 60 days for a refund or exchange.
However, please note that Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Items received after 60 days from date of receipt will not be accepted nor refunded.

Items noted as special order must be sent back within 5 days.

Final sale and/or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt.

Return and Exchange Instructions

  • Please pack the original item and/or items with the original packing materials in a protective package as the item can be compromised while shipping. If the item is lost or damaged while in transit will not be held responsible. 
  • Complete the Return/Exchange form that is provided with your package. It must be filled out in full:
    •  including your reason for the return or exchange
    • Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.
  • To send your package, use the address on the included return slip and ship via postal.
  • Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.
  • Please make sure you insure your package as it serves as proof of shipment, otherwise we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.
  • Exchanges received after 60 days will not be accepted.

We're confident that SterlingZdepot  jewelry will meet and exceed all your expectations. We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied and excited about their new jewelry purchases. So, we wanted to give you allotted sixty (60) days of the shipping date for the full purchase price, not including shipping and handling fees.
Therefore, any items that have been damaged, worn, and or altered will not be exchanged nor refunded. Items that are special order must be returned within 5 days.
Final sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged. Restocking fees do apply.

Final Sale Items

All jewelry that is final sale are non refundable and will not be accepted for return or exchanges.  However, if your item arrives damaged please contact us in writing immediately at 866-408-7284.

Special order items are non refundable and have a Limited return, Exchange policy. You will have 5 business days from receipt to return your special order item(s) if defective or damaged.

Exchange Fees

All domestic (US) exchanges require a $2.95 processing fee.  This will be processed on your credit card or PayPal account in which was originally used for the purchase.  If this was paid via PayPal please be advised it is your responsibility that the payment is fulfilled. If we cannot collect the exchange refund, the item will be processed as a return and your refund will be applied in the original payment of a credit card or PayPal account,

Re-Stocking Fees

Any Special order items and/or jewelry items that cost $150 or more and certain cocktail rings are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.  Therefore you’re refund will be for the purchase price, less the 10% re-stocking fee. 

Refund Processing

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns and exchanges take approximately 15 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Please attempt to return every item with all of its original materials.
