Fedex Shipping


All Standard Overnight shipments will be delivered to the customer no later than 5:30pm (PST) the day after your order has been processed. All fedex shipping occurs on BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) only unless otherwise specified.

Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. In addition, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes..

Shipping Rules and Regulations

  • Please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing.
  • Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by phone & email.
  • If you have multiple items in your order, and anything is on back-order, we can send out what we have immediately. Simply select the appropriate checkbox during your checkout. We'll contact you when the back-ordered items.
  • Please note that we ONLY accept credit cards issued in the United States, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and Australia. If you pay by credit card, we MUST be able to verify the transaction via our merchant bank. If there are any discrepancies, we reserve the right to require a PayPal payment instead.
  •  
  • If your order is being delivered to the following:
    • Office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Tracking your Order

  • Packages shipped via FedEx can be tracked online at Fedex website.
  • Packages shipped via USPS can be tracked online at the USPS website.
  • Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the postal service that you selected. Please note that this includes FedEx and USPS.

Help my package did not arrive!

  • If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact us for assistance! We are happy to help you locate the package if possible. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed.

However we will require the following documentation:

  •  
    1. Customer must complete and return (via postal mail, fax, or scanned email) a signed affidavit of non-receipt (MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested because the customer noted that the package was never received).
    2. By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued.
    3. SterlingZdepot requires this form for our own protection and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim.

      Postal fraud is a serious crime and SterlingZdepot is obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the required documentation.

Signature Confirmation

  • Signature Confirmation is required if your order total exceeds $200 or if your order is shipping to a different address than your billing address.
  • Signature Confirmation is required for all Fedex orders.
